Something about her

Aline is Brazilian, graduated in sociology in São Paulo and she lives in San Francisco with her loved hub and their cute dog. She always loved everything about cooking: shopping for groceries, reading cookbooks, watching cooking shows, reading cooking blogs, experimenting in the kitchen, looking for new recipes, eating. Now she is a culinary student at CCA in San Francisco, at the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program and happy as one can be.

Well, since she is Brazilian and loves Brazilian cuisine and wants to share with the world all the amazing food that is done in her home country, she will be sharing a lot of Brazilian dishes…

She hopes you all enjoy her recipes and she promises that she will just post her all time favorites recipes or her best new creations! (All the recipes here are done in her tiny kitchen, they are not part of her culinary program.)

Let’s get cooking and bom apetite!
